The Goldfields Arts Centre is located in Cheetham Street Kalgoorlie, only three blocks from the middle of Hannan Street. There is ample car parking for visitors and signage marks the building clearly.

The Goldfields Arts Centre is the only multi-function arts venue in the Goldfields Region and has an A Class Gallery. The Goldfields Arts Centre was officially opened in November 1993 and has become a part of Kalgoorlie’s landscape and lifestyle.

The Centre was built by Kalgoorlie College, which later became a part of the Curtin University of Technology. In 2018, Perth Theatre Trust took ownership of the Centre with management through the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

The Goldfields Arts Centre boasts a 700 seat theatre, an A Class Gallery, Dance Studio, Function Room, Ensemble Room, Bar, Box Office, and 7 small meeting rooms. The foyer area has been used for many different activities including expos and product launches. This fully air-conditioned and heated building provides a wonderful atmosphere for all of your events and functions.
